My Story

How it all began

Hi there, I’m Alice, and I’m so glad you’re here.

For years, I quietly struggled with leaks. I tried all kinds of “solutions” — bulky pads, synthetic fabrics, and expensive brands that never truly worked. Nothing made me feel comfortable, feminine, or confident. And so, one evening in my small sewing room, I decided to change that.

If no one would make the underwear I needed, I would make it myself.

From frustration to creation

It started with a single pair. I took my old sewing machine, soft cotton fabric, and began experimenting — stitching, layering, testing. My goal was simple: to create underwear that looked and felt beautiful while keeping me 100% protected.

It wasn’t easy. There were mistakes, long nights, and countless prototypes that didn’t quite work. But little by little, I found the perfect balance between comfort, protection, and elegance. That’s how HydraGuard™, my patented four-layer leakproof technology, was born — thin, breathable, and fully secure, without ever feeling bulky.

The birth of Alice Underwear

I started sewing pairs for friends, and soon they told their friends. Women of all ages shared the same story — they wanted protection that didn’t make them feel ashamed, but empowered. That’s when I realized this wasn’t just a product; it was a purpose.

Today, each piece is still handcrafted with love and attention in my workshop. I personally check every stitch and finish because I believe the smallest details make the biggest difference.

My promise to you

Every order that leaves my studio carries a piece of my heart. My promise is simple:
to help you feel safe, comfortable, and confident — every single day.

When you wear Alice Underwear, you’re not just wearing leakproof protection.

With love,
Alice 🤍

Questions? I’m here to help 💛

How does my incontinence underwear actually work?
Inside the gusset there are several light, breathable layers. The top layer wicks moisture away from your skin, the absorbent core holds it, and a thin waterproof barrier helps stop leaks—so what you feel on the outside is just soft, comfy underwear.
Will it help with odour?
Yes. Fast wicking and the locked-in core reduce exposure to air, which helps keep ammonia smells in check. Freshness also comes from changing when needed and washing promptly.
How do I find my size?
Measure your hips at the fullest point and match the size chart. Between sizes? Most people prefer the snugger fit for better leak security. If you have swelling or very sensitive skin, the roomier size can be kinder.
Care: how do I wash and dry them?
Turn inside-out. Machine wash cold or warm (≤40°C / 105°F) with your regular detergent. No fabric softener, bleach, or antibacterial sprays—these coat technical fibers and can reduce absorbency. Line dry is best; tumble on low if needed. That’s it.
How long will they last?
With normal care, they last like quality everyday underwear. Skipping softeners and high heat keeps the absorbency and waterproof layer happy for longer.
Pads vs. reusable underwear—what’s the difference?
My underwear feels and looks like your regular pairs, but with hidden protection. It reduces bulk and waste and is usually more cost-effective over time. Pads are great backups for specific days; many customers use both depending on plans and confidence level.
Can I wear them overnight or on long trips?
Absolutely—choose High/Overnight absorbency. Everyone’s output is different (meds, fluids, sleep), so stepping up a level at night is a smart move. I also recommend packing a spare for travel days.
Can I add a pad for extra backup?
You can, but avoid liners with adhesive that covers the entire gusset—that can block wicking. If you layer products, choose a breathable liner and check leg-opening fit to prevent side channeling.
I still get side leaks—what should I change?
Try a snugger size, move to a higher absorbency, and make sure the gusset sits flat against your body. If leaks happen when you stand or cough, a bathroom routine and stepping up absorbency usually solve it quickly.
I have sensitive skin—will these be okay?
I choose soft, breathable fabrics. Please wash before first wear. If your skin is very sensitive, change promptly after leaks, pat dry, and ask your clinician about barrier creams that are textile-friendly.
Post-partum or pelvic-floor concerns—are these useful?
Many customers use them while recovering from childbirth or during pelvic-floor therapy. They don’t replace medical care—but they do give discreet, reliable protection while you heal and rebuild confidence.
Can I tumble-dry them?
Line dry keeps them at their best. If you need a dryer, choose low heat. High heat shortens the life of elastics and waterproof layers.
How many pairs do I really need?
For daily use, most people rotate 3–5 pairs (add a dedicated overnight style if you like). A mixed pack is a great way to learn which absorbencies you reach for most.
Do you offer multipacks or savings?
Yes—my bundles save you per pair and make laundry rotation easy. You’ll see available pack sizes and savings right on the product page.
What is your returns & refunds policy?
I offer returns within days on items that are . Some items are not returnable (). Once your return arrives and passes inspection, I issue refunds within . Need help? Email me at —I’ll take care of you.
